Position Overview:

As the Sales Manager for strategic accounts, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of the sales process, development of specific sales strategies, and coordination with delivery team leadership and operations to execute at key accounts. This individual will build and maintain strong client relationship, support identification and tracking of sales pipelines and forecasts associated with our strategic accounts.

Description:• Need identification and closing opportunities with our strategic accounts• Responsible for developing and executing the sales plan and process, including coordination of all necessary internal and external resources to best position the firm to secure business• Actively partnering with strategic account leadership to effectively and efficiently identify, track and prioritize new opportunities• Work closely the SVP and Client Strategy and Services at Eliassen Group - Business Operations and Risk Management

Required Skills & Knowledge:• Bachelor's Degree• Experience working in a fast paced, high growth environment• Professional services/consulting with proven results• Experience working, and selling, across different departments of a company, including Finance, IT, and Operations.• Minimum of 7+ years of previous experience selling consulting services, including Regulatory Compliance, Finance, Operations• Must be capable of orchestrating a team of industry, functional, and technical experts to craft compelling solutions for a variety of clients with a particular focus on financial services• Demonstrated experience working with large fortune 500 organization• Demonstrated expertise to drive a strategic conversation with clients and support all aspects of sale cycle from identification through the close of deals• Ability to actively participate in the proposal and Statement of Work creation process• Experience leveraging a CRM tool for report generation and sales tracking• Excellent influence and negotiation skills; strong executive presence and business acumen• Must be motivated and self-disciplined; must possess strong time management skills.• Expert power point and other Microsoft office suite/tools• Travel is required (local and overnight when appropriate)
