Direct and coordinate patient and unit activitiesEnsure the continual delivery of quality patient care in compliance with policies and standardsAssist the interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care of the select group of patientsParticipate in educational activities related to Labor & DeliveryParticipate in clinical research studiesParticipate in direct patient care, as requiredPerform other duties, as neededQualifications:
2+ years of experience with a Labor & DeliveryBachelor's Degree in Nursing and/or a related fieldNYS Registered Nurse (RN) licenseComputer savvySolid assessment, clinical, and documentation skillsDesired Skills:
Master's Degree in Nursing and/or a related fieldAmerican Nurses Credentialing Center Certification in Specialty area
