Job description:
CTG is looking for an experienced Program Coordinator to support our client in Western New York. The Program Coordinator will support the implementation and operations of key programs deployed through Provider Engagement.
Responsibilities: • Assists with implementation and roll out of key projects. • Collaboration in a team environment. • Ability to facilitate and lead presentations. • Collects and compiles data and information for analysis. • Train and implement key technologies throughout provider offices. • Monitoring the success of key role outs of new technology. • Strong communication with key stakeholders. • Effectively prioritize and complete assigned tasks and projects. • Reconcile and validate data for accuracy and completion. • Research and provide accurate and timely response to inquiries by providers as related to current programs they are supporting. • Tracks and monitors progress of Implementation including stakeholder acceptance and engagement on programs. • Other duties as assigned by management based on departmental needs • Strong organization ability for overseeing external meetings and preparation of corresponding meeting materials • Reporting as required; such as lite analysis • Coordination of work unit meetings and events • Maintains and updates department's SharePoint site
Required Skills : • Strong PC and Microsoft knowledge and experience. • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new software programs • Proficiency in Microsoft programs including Excel, Word and PowerPoint required. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Effective organizational and time management skills, with ability to multi-task. • Ability to analyze data and use basic reasoning skills • Must be a team player and willingness to work in team environment • Healthcare experience preferred, including familiarity with medical terminology and the medical insurance industry • Maintains confidentiality and uses only the minimum amount of protected health information (PHI) necessary to accomplish job related responsibilities. • Ability to work flexible hours (AM/PM). Start time varies between 6:30 - 8:30 AM depending on the external meeting schedule coverage plan.
