We're currently looking for a Delivery Driver to join our team. At PTSolutions, reliability and customer satisfaction are key for the role of Delivery Driver. The job involves picking up and dropping off items along assigned routes and schedules, with utmost consideration for safety and timeliness. As part of the delivery team, you will need to ensure that items are correctly packed and delivered to the right customer. When not on deliveries, drivers may be asked to assist the warehouse team with tasks such as order picking, inventory management, and cycle counts.
To excel in this role, it is important to be courteous and professional, with a strong dedication to providing customers with exceptional service. Our delivery drivers are the primary representatives of our company and therefore must present themselves professionally and be passionate about delivering superior customer experiences.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Superior customer service where going above and beyond is the normMaintains and develops positive relationships with existing and prospective clients, demonstrating superior customer service and setting the example for other staffA professional presence that creates trust and credibilityLoading, transporting, and delivering high-quality products to customers in a safe, timely mannerAssists with loading and unloading products from delivery vehiclesInspects delivery vehicles and ensures the safety and security of the loading and unloading processReview orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete and delivered to the correct customersAdheres to assigned routes and follows schedulesAbides by all transportation laws and maintains a safe driving recordPrepares reports and other documents relating to deliveriesAssists with warehouse duties (picking orders, cycle counts, etc.)Perform other duties as assignedExperience and SkillsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be age 21+ in order to drive a company vehicleValid drivers license with clean driving recordKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION:
Excellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to frequently stand, twist, bend, and lift up to 50lbs.Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work cohesively as part of a teamStrong attention to detailHigh School Diploma or GED Equivalency
