philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphereEnthusiastically promote Bally's customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relationsEstablish, implement, and enforce policies and procedures in accordance with local, state, and federal regulatory requirements, Company initiatives, and organizational goalsMaintain and enforce physical safeguards over all monies, forms, and recordsManage redemption kiosk, table games, and electronic gaming device (EGD) drop and count processManage count room operations by ensuring staff verifies calculations and reconciles summary reportsImmediately document and report irregularitiesCoordinate functions in the main bank, cashier cage, and credit departmentMonitor activities that could affect the efficiency and effectiveness of all cage cashiering functions, including the internal control environmentDirect and supervise the overall casino cage and credit operations and personnelAssist the Marketing in the development and execution of casino marketing programs to stimulate revenue growth while maintaining acceptable margin performanceSelect, train, and develop team members through education, training, coaching, and corrective actionAuthorizes lines of creditEnsure equipment and supplies are adequately maintainedPerform duties and responsibilities associated with the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion ProgramCollaborate with all operational casino areas to promote efficiency across the organizationPerform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:Must be 21 years of age or olderMust be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming BoardMust have a high school diploma orBachelor's degree strongly preferredMust have at least two years of Cage managementMust uphold strict confidentiality relative to financial data and casino policiesMust have a working knowledge of federal, state, and local tax law as well as gaming laws and banking regulationsMust have a working knowledge of currency reporting requirementsMust be proficient in the entire Microsoft Office SuiteMust be able to lead and motivate a teamMust have above-average math skills and pass a math assessment issued by the companyMust pass a color vision assessment issued by the company
Physical Demands:Regularly required to see, talk, hear, walk, and standFrequently required to use hands to handle, feel, and reachOccasionally required to sit or stoopMust occasionally lift and or move up to 30 poundsRequires visual acuity to perform close-up activities, peripheral oversight, and distinguish color
