philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphereEnthusiastically promote Bally's customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relationsManage the overall operations of the IT departmentOversee the overall functionality and efficiency of the company's IT systemsEnsure the security of data, network access, and backups systemsIdentify problematic areas and timely implement strategic solutionsAudit systems and assess their outcomeEstablish, implement, and enforce policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements, Company initiatives, and organizational goalsManage the department's budget, including capital expendituresSelect, train, and develop team members through education, training, coaching, and corrective actionPerform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:Must be 21 years of age or olderMust be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming BoardMust have a four-year degree in Computer Science, MIS, or similar, or a combination of education and experienceMust have three years of working experience as an IT ManagerMust have knowledge of all casino game rulesMust have excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and of computer hardware/software systemsMust have knowledge of all applicable gaming regulationsMust have expertise in data center management and data governanceMust have hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installationStrong organizational, planning, and supervisory skills are requiredMust have open work availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical Demands:Frequently required to lift up to a maximum of 30 poundsFrequently required to push, kneel, climb, stoop, bend, and twist, as well as reach overhead
