**Minibus Driver**At Little Gate Farm we are passionate about enabling adults with learning disabilities and autism to fulfil their potential. In this rewarding role you will play a vital part by transporting individuals who otherwise may not be able to access Little Gates training program and activities and ultimately supporting them into paid work for the first time in their lives.2 days per week initially, eventually increasing to 3 days plus extra shifts to cover holidays of other drivers2 shifts a day, split into:AM shifts, starting at approximately 8am and finishing approximately 10am, picking trainees up and bringing them to the farmPM shift starting at 4pm and finishing approximately 6pm, dropping trainees back homeThe right candidate will:Have D1 on their driving licenceHave a caring and kind attitudeBe patient and calmBe flexibleWork well on their own and in pressured situationsExperience with minibus driving and working with vulnerable adults is desirable but not essential9.00 PER HOURClosing date 17th March 2022To apply please send your CV and COVER LETTER toPlease note, due to a high volume of applications, we are not always able to feedback if you have been deemed unsuccessful upon review.
