We are currently hiring a Program Manager to work in our Catholic Charities Tri-County Services. As the Program Manager, you would be responsible for:
Coordinates food pantry operations
Ensures all program services are documented, and completes corresponding monthly reports.
Monitors stock and inventory of food pantry, helping the Program Assistants to ensure that volunteers keep the pantry organized.
Ensures that necessary food is ordered.
Brings in community service partners to be available to clients.
Coordinate donation drive inquiries from the community.
Assists supervisor with reports and application for funding to public and private funding sources. (e.g., FEMA, Reg. Food Bank, etc.)
Coordinates sufficient volunteers and donations to successfully implement special projects including Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and back to school;
Program Manager Minimum Salary: $21.00 per hour
Program Manager Maximum Salary: $25.00 per hour
Program Manager Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 4pm, 35 hours per week (some flexibility allowed)
Qualifications:
Driver’s License
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related subject
1-3 years of experience
Preferred: Supervisory experience
