A legal services organization in Washington DC is looking to add a new Executive Assistant to their growing staff.
Responsibilities:
The Executive Assistant will:Complex calendar management and gatekeepingDetermining and following appropriate protocols for interactions with contactsPreparing daily and weekly agendasPreparing or ensuring the preparation of meeting agendas, materials, and talking pointsEnsuring timely, pro-active communication with the security teamBooking travelRecording and processing expensesCorrespondence and researchDocument management and filingAssisting with Board meeting preparations and day-of staffingSpecial projects and other duties as assignedQualifications:
Bachelor's degree from competitive US college or equivalentMinimum five years' experience supporting a C-level executiveCommitment to the organization's missionSuperior writing and interpersonal communication skillsDemonstrated capacity to exercise judgment, strict confidentiality, and discretionAbility to match the fast-paced working style, make decisions and changes quicklyMaintain a positive, open disposition, even in the face of stressful circumstancesAbility to multitask, remain extremely organized, and manage the multiple moving parts that constitute the job
