Delivery Driver

**Title: Delivery Driver****Work Status:** Non-Exempt/Hourly**Reports to:** General Manager**Location:** Luigis Pizza**Position Summary:** Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner. Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.**Essential Functions:** Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.* Providing prompt delivery of all applicable orders* Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards* Working with the entire staff in a collaborative manner* Great communication skills* Ensuring order accuracy both at the restaurant and residence* Report any accidents or vehicle issues encountered while on route to supervisors* Follow the rules and regulations of the road at all times* Follow all company and state-enforced safety requirements for loading and unloading products* Team player, other duties as assigned by General Manager**Requirements:*** High school diploma or GED equivalent certification* Valid drivers license* Possess an insured and reliable vehicle* A clean driving record with no moving violations* Proficient at driving and parking vehicles* Ability to lift 25 pounds comfortably* Professional and pleasant disposition, able to give all clients a positive customer service experience* Dependable, hardworking and an effective communicator* Excellent time-management and organizational skills required* Maintain a high level of hospitality both on delivery and while inside Luigis**Other Duties:**This is not an all-inclusive list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required of personnel so classified.
