Position Summary

Provide administrative support to an outpatient substance abuse counseling facility. A commitment to the RHD values should be demonstrated as job duties are performed.

Essential Duties and Functions

Answer inbound calls for staff and route appropriately to extension or voicemail, or convey messagesField and address general calls and inquiries regarding services provided at Rise AboveGreet arriving clients and complete appropriate check-in proceduresCollect and record payments for servicesSchedule evaluation appointmentsMaintain and report group registration and attendance as neededProcess evaluations and communicate status of evaluations with referral sourcesComplete other duties as assigned by management teamQualifications

Qualifications include:

High school diploma or GEDMinimum of two years' experience in clerical or administrative workKnowledge of Microsoft OfficeExperienced with electronic health records preferredBilingual speakers are highly encouraged to applyRequirements

Physical requirements

The Administrative Assistant will be required to sit, stand and move about in the performance of their duties. Required to sit using a computer monitor and keyboard for a length of time, to review electronic documents and files, enter data and create reports. Use of Zoom and/or Microsoft Teams platforms to schedule meetings and make calendar appointments. Use of standard office equipment, such as copiers and the telephone.

Lifting Requirements

Light: exerting up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. The use of arm and/or leg control requires force greater than sedentary, but worker still sits majority of time.Physical Requirements

Salary Description

$16.50 hourly
