Accent Electrical Services is a commercial electrical contractor with projects located throughout the Denver Metro Area. We are looking for a motivated individual that is new to the electrical trade, to join our team!**Scope of Work:**Work will consist of assisting with a variety of warehouse duties, including unloading and loading trucks, pulling materials to fulfill purchase orders, delivering materials, tools and equipment to jobsites and assisting with the repair and maintenance of company tools**Responsibilities:*** Maintain accurate inventory records of company tools* Facilitate tool transfers from jobsites* Receive shipments and unload material, tools and equipment, to include compares information accuracy of shipment; may process return shipments* Return all material that does not meet the job specifications and unused materials* Maintain accurate inventory records of materials, to include recording materials utilized for orders so warehouse inventory is kept up to date* Produce quarterly physical inventory counts* Facilitate all tool repairs* Pulling material to fulfill requests* Responds to inquiries from staff and vendors for the purpose of providing information and/or direction regarding the status of deliveries or pick-ups and reporting discrepancies to appropriate personnel* Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization, maintain and continuously improve warehouse and yard space in a clean and organized fashion* Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security* Practice and comprehend safe work procedures as outlined in Company Safety Policy handbook, Haz-Com policy and Lock-out/Tag-out policy* Loads delivery truck with items requested, ensuring all items are properly secured* Operate company vehicles for the purpose of transporting orders, materials, equipment and tools to jobsites or warehouse* Provide excellent customer service at each delivery and pick-up and work with management to ensure timely deliveries or pick-ups* Receives and unloads incoming product and compares information accuracy of shipment; may process return shipments in conjunction with warehouse manager* Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security* Practice and comprehend safe work procedures as outlined in Company Safety Policy handbook, Haz-Com policy and Lock-out/Tag-out policy* Maintains delivery vehicles (check fluid levels, fueling, cleaning, etc) for the purpose of ensuring safe operation of vehicle* Ensures daily clean-up and lock-up procedures are completed* Ensures compliance with company timekeeping requirements on weekly basis* Must communicate with all personnel in a professional manner* Operate company vehicles and equipment in safe manner and with proper licenses and certifications* Clean and maintain Unit F and Teller Street location* Additional duties as assignedRequirements **Qualifications/Skills Required:*** Must have a current drivers license with acceptable MVR* Certified forklift driver* Ability to self-manage and work in conjunction with jobsite personnel* Ability to prioritize workload to meeting deadlines* Great attention to detail* Inventory management* Familiarity with electrical materials, tools and equipment* Excellent communication skills**Physical Demands:*** Must be able to bend, squat, crawl, climb, kneel, balance, push, pull and reach over head* Ability to perform duties in extreme varying temperatures, e.g. exposure to hot, cold, wet, humid or windy conditions* Lift 60 lbs., push/pull 50 lbs. and move loaded dolly with up to 260 lbs.
