About the Position
This position will deliver products to customer locations and perform setup of the product.The Delivery Agent will provide superior customer service while working with all customer and end users.
Functions
•Deliver, setup, and crate product (medical robots) at business, residential, and hospital locations.
•Complete crating and removal without damaging product or property
•Schedule final delivery times with transportation managers/end customers and notify customers of changes to schedules.
•Complete set up of equipment at load in/load out of events and deliveries.
•Load and unload product at the customer locations
•Assist customer representatives with product setup
•Provide premium customer service to the customer representatives and the representatives of the display locations
•Maintain security and inventory of products.
•Responsible for all assigned tools and equipment.
•Maintain driver's daily logs on Electronic Logging Device (ELD), trip reports and other documents as required.
•Conform to all relevant Department of Transportation (DOT) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations.
•Perform any other reasonable request as directed by management.
•Wait on or off site for device demonstrations to complete
•Responsible for maintaining expenses and use of a company credit card.
Qualifications High School Diploma Required Minimum 2 years of experience Class Adriving. CDL license required to include tradeshow, concert, and/or hospitality delivery experience. •Promotes safe work environment.
•Maintain professional conduct and attitude towards other motorists who share the highway.
•Provide superior customer service to customer and end users.

Travel Requirements
This position is expected to travel approximately 75% >or greater. Travel regularly includes being out one to three weeks before coming back to the home terminal. In rare cases, travel is up to six straight weeks before coming back to the home terminal.
