Senior Project Manager

Direct and supervise work of project administration, project superintendents, and engineers to establish operational priorities
Produce all elements of project execution plan and implementProvide jobsite leadership in the area of safety and qualityMaintain satisfactory relationships with owners, subcontractors, unions, etc.
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATIONBS OR MS degree in Engineering or Construction Management10-15 years in the lead role on projects valued at $50-100 million or larger (preferably in healthcare construction)Or equivalent combination of education and experienceKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIESStrong technical and communication skills are criticalAbility to work in a team environmentKnowledge of Procore, Microsoft Office (preferred)AHCA Experience is strongly preferredGilbane offers an excellent total compensation package which includes competitive health and welfare benefits and a generous profit-sharing/401k plan.
