New Construction Project Manager
in our
Commercial Door Services Department
at our Tempe, Arizona office. We sell, service and install every type of door you can imagine! Our project managers are skilled at scheduling, project management, and managing labor and material costs. If you have strong leadership and managerial skills please apply!
Job Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of new construction install projects.Plan, manage, and implement schedules to meet daily customer commitments and ensure that the plan is properly executed.Review workload and manpower to meet customer commitments in a cost effective manner.Ensure that projects are completed timely, below budget and to the satisfaction of the customer.Review monthly financial/operational reports and work with all necessary stakeholders to develop action plans to improve.Work closely with install and sales team to ensure we are meeting customer requirements.Handle a large number of documents/specs/schedules for the projects being managed in an organized fashion and keep each job up to date with current standings.Maintain proficiency with all construction processes including RFIs and change orders.Review job specs and door schedules, respond to customers in a timely manner.Other duties as assigned.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, highly preferred. Project management, sales, estimation experience to general contractors are encouraged to applyResponsible for communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction levels consistently exceed expectationsPossess an ability for technical applications and mechanical systemsHave excellent organizational skills and show attention to detailMust possess a Valid Driver's LicenseMay require traveling to jobsites within territory for job inspections and material deliveriesWhy DH Pace?
