Royal Health Care Institute is an Occupational Training School, looking for a dynamic, engaging, passionate Administrative Assistant/Admissions Assistant

The Administrative Assistant/Admissions Assistant in the Royal Health Care Institute CNA/HHA program works closely with students, faculty, and staff to assure the day to day operations of the Programa are met. This is a 32hrs position.

Responsibilities include:

1. Work with students, faculty, staff and outside agencies to meet department needs such as:

Maintain student, faculty, staff databasesMaintain Student Information in the schoolSend letters for Academic Withdrawal, Dismissal ProgressionCoordinate Admissions, enrollment of new studentsManage contractsInvolve in marketing of the CNA/HHA program to outside agenciesMaintain all records of the program in a safe manner2. Work with HR, Payroll and School Director to onboard new hires

3. Assist with programming and events

4. Assist with program assessment and outcomes

Maintains all assessment surveysFollows accreditation calendar to assure surveys are sent and responses collated and presented to the Director, attend ALL School Meetings.Maintains data tables for all accreditation reports5. maintaining office supplies and functioning of equipment, assuring department and department phones are covered M-F 8-4.

Qualifications include:

High School Diploma requiredMinimum of 1-3 years of prior administrative work experienceExperience in an academic setting preferredExcellent interpersonal communication skills, teamwork and collaboration skills.Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office and Google SuiteExtremely organized and able to work independently, problem-solve and handle matters of confidentialityBe resourceful with extreme attention to detail, and possess the ability to form productive relationships with faculty, staff and studentsCommittment to inclusivity and embracing diversitybiligual is a PlusWe look forward to hearing from you!
