Consilio's client, a major municipality in the metro Atlanta area with which we have a longstanding relationship, is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Attorney ASAP.

Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 remote until further notice)Temp-to-PermSalary is approximately $120k annuallyExperience:
Admitted and actively licensed in any U.S. jurisdictionAbility to provide labor and employment advice and counsel to in house teams across departments on issues such as hiring, discipline, terminations, accommodations, workers' compensations, unemployment, employee pay and benefits, leaves of absences, performance management, social media and grievances.Ability to act as key strategic advisor to HR department and liaise between legal and HRExperience with local, state and federal labor lawsAbility to evaluate EEOC and state fair employment agency discrimination charges and other employment-related complaintsAbility to create and deliver training programs for HR professionals and its business partners on trends, recent developments, and noteworthy employment issues impacting the workplace such as discrimination, harassment, disability, leaves of absence and documentation of disciplinary actions.Review and advise on employee communications, HR policies and procedures and related legislationQualifications:
Admitted and actively licensed to practice law in
Georgia.10 years relevant experienceExperience in municipal, county and/or constitutional law
Consilio offers flexible talent placement rates that range from $23 to $200 per hour depending upon experience level and specific skills requested by the client, candidate's general skill set, applicability of candidate skill set to client need, client budget, number of hours requested, and other factors. A specific rate of pay for a project will be discussed with you if it is determined that you are a potential fit for a role.
