Title: Project Manager
LOCATION: Nashville, TN (Relocation assistance available for strong candidates)
COMPENSATION: $95,000- $115,000 Base, plus strong benefits package, 15% Bonus Potential, Company Vehicle
OVERVIEW: Project Manager We are looking for a Project Manager to join an industry-leading organization to drive Highway Construction-related projects throughout a key region. The role will focus on developing company-wide strategies related to managing projects company-wide in a more efficient manner. We are seeking someone that is up to the challenge of growing and improving project-related efforts across the board. RESPONSIBILITIES: Project Manager
Collaborate with the Leadership teams in all aspects of aggregate base and asphalt paving installations in accordance with DOT, local and commercial plans, and specifications. Develops bid packages, conducts analysis of subcontractor bids, and performs other relevant tasks associated with subdivisions, parking lots, public agency, and TDOT projects. Various scopes of work covered, such as Grading, Utilities, Storm Water, Sewer, Base and Paving. Engages in communication with customers, architects/engineers, and contractors to gather cost-related data for project feasibility assessment. Manages field supervision and schedules crews to ensure timely project execution. Conducts on-site safety audits to uphold and enforce company safety standards. Addresses customer concerns when necessary. Follows up on project completion, final project costs, and invoicing. Assists in compiling annual reports, budgets, and business plans. May be assigned additional duties by the Manager. Performs various responsibilities beyond those specifically mentioned.
REQUIREMENTS: Project Manager
Minimum of 2 years' experience managing asphalt paving projects High School Diploma, Drivers license Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and HCSS suite of software is strongly preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of self-initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision. Attention to detail
