Wet Utilities Project Manager ******Please note that you MUST have Civil Construction experience for this role********* This subcontractor has been around over 75 years and does work in Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino and Los Angeles Counties. They offer a range of services, including traffic control, grading, underground utilities and asphalt paving. They have completed infrastructure projects in residential, multi-family and commercial projects. Role As a Project Manager specializing in wet utilities, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating projects related to sewer, water, and storm drain systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to plan, facilitate, and complete projects. Represent the company in direct communications with clients. Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality of deliverables. Read plans/specs and assist with estimates. Proficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously. Accurately forecast resources (team, materials, time) for wet utility projects. Understand storm drain constraints, construction techniques, and materials.
