Job Objective:Following the successful launch of three communities in Roseville, Bloomington, and Minnetonka, the Amira Brand is thrilled to announce its expansion with a fourth location in Woodbury/Lake Elmo, MN. We are now actively seeking a Director of Sales to spearhead the sales initiatives for this exciting new venture. The Director of Sales is charged with establishing and cultivating strong relationships with potential residents, with the ultimate aim of positioning Amira Lake Elmo as their optimal living choice. Backed by a dynamic, data-driven corporate sales team, this role will leverage qualified leads to build meaningful relationships that culminate in successful sales.Required Qualifications:Team-oriented mindset with openness to new approachesStellar leasing and closing capabilitiesExceptional verbal and written communication skillsPrior experience in senior living sales preferredExpertise in pre-leasing and community launches a plusStrong organizational skills with a proactive attitudeFamiliarity with lead management software and MS Office suiteBasic proficiency in English reading, writing, speaking, and mathCore Responsibilities & Duties:Oversee the sales process from initial contact to finalizationPlan, host, and engage in targeted marketing eventsManage inquiries via phone and digital channels, ensuring personalized and timely follow-upsSchedule and follow up on prospect meetingsConduct personalized tours and visits with potential residents and their familiesOffer consultative support to prospects throughout their decision-making journeyCultivate and maintain relationships with all potential residentsHost Signature Club events to foster community relations and encourage referralsPrioritize pre-move-in administrative tasks, including document signing and fee collectionStay informed on local competitors and present findings in weekly meetingsClearly communicate residency prerequisitesContribute to the evolution of marketing and media strategiesAttend weekly marketing and 1-on-1 supervisory meetingsEngage in and apply sales training initiativesRecord all prospect and referral activities in the approved company databaseAdhere to professional grooming and attire standardsLeverage networking opportunities through active organizational membershipsSafeguard the confidentiality of prospects and residentsEnsure all sales and marketing activities comply with Minnesota state regulationsBy assuming this role, you will be an essential part of a forward-thinking team committed to elevating the standard of active adult living.
