NRG Media, LLC in Cedar Rapids, IA, home to iconic legacy brands KOKZ, KFMW, and KXEL, seeks an outstanding Market Manager to direct a multi-million dollar business unit poised to capture an ever-increasing share of a $250M+ local advertising market. The successful candidate will continue to execute the company's business strategy and philosophy of providing access to audience through multiple distribution channels for the benefit of local businesses and community. Key to this execution strategy will be the continued integration of NRG's robust digital product portfolio supported by NRG's rich radio history in the Eastern Iowa community.

We are seeking an individual with a proven track record of inspiring, motivating, and leading teams to execute a shared vision to achieve the passionate pursuit of the possible. This position is an excellent match for an innovative leader who can mentor by example utilizing excellent networking and people skills.

The successful Market Manager candidate will drive the market opportunities presented by new technologies, utilizing a strong background in digital and traditional sales combined with proficient operational process execution to achieve new levels of revenue and cash flow success.
