We’re searching for an enthusiastic business development representative (BDR) to join our team and support business growth. You’ll need strong persuasion skills to turn customer prospects into qualified leads. Our ideal candidate is an excellent deal-maker who loves talking to people and has experience in the Ad Tech space.Key Responsibilities

Outbound prospecting to potential customers that fit in our Ideal Customer Personas and be the first point of contact between potential customers and CrimtanOutreach to new prospects to initiate the sales process and build excitement about Crimtan as we continue to develop a market presence in the USDeliver on quarterly and yearly targets as set by managementEffectively communicate inter-departmentally, with the client success team, the product team, and the executive team regarding client requestsDemonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and listening skillsWhat You Bring To The Table

1-2 years experience in a BDR positionHigh-energy personality, that adapts quickly to change and is amenable to shifting gears in an industry that is continually evolvingAn entrepreneurial mindset, a personality that thrives on winning and enjoys a fast-paced environment where big impacts are made, regardless of title.Proficiency in standard business and sales software, including Salesforce and Office productsA fundamental understanding of the programmatic ecosystemBachelor’s degree from an accredited college or universityWhat Crimtan Has To Offer
