Role OverviewYour responsibilities are – but are not limited to:

Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule all appointments for Showrooms held 2 times a year in Paris and Milan.Assist with managing client appointments, budgets, follow-ups, and orders.Follow-up with clients after their appointments on order questions/status; reviewing orders.Train and work alongside/support sellers during all client appointments.Work closely with buyers to present collections to ensure proper product assortments are selected.Collect/receive monthly by-style and by-door selling reports. Analyze selling reports and determine appropriate actions and follow-ups.Develop seasonal collection briefings and press kits once the product information kits have been received from the marketing team.Host scheduled product trainings for each collection release.Organize and host trunk shows throughout the year with key accounts.

Key Requirements5+ years of relevant experience in a sales support role within a wholesale environment.Luxury retail experience a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Experience running selling reports & ability to analyze numbers, sales reports, etc.Strong communication skills.
