The Project Manager manages key client projects. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project.Position DescriptionOur Project Manager is responsible for driving large scale initiatives from initial opportunity identification and research, to feasibility analysis and feature definition, through to business adoption and success metric tracking.This role calls for a strong, proactive manager capable of autonomously driving multiple projects in parallel. This position is the dream opportunity for an ambitious professional looking to have a significant impact in a fast-growing company.Essential Responsibilities and Duties include:Be proficient in the US credit union and automotive leasing industries including the market players and industry trends.Represent our customers (credit unions, dealers and lessees) – be their champion and their voice. Build impactful, personal customer relationships. Bring the customers’ voices into the creation process.Collaborate across teams – continually seek feedback from sales, marketing, IT and other stakeholders to ensure product alignment. A collaborative attitude is essential.Prioritize external and internal Seamless enhancement requests and arbitrate across stakeholders for the reprioritization of strategic product backlog list as new requests arrive and business needs change.‘Own’ the integration requirements, specifications and implementation for Seamless and other CULA systems plans.Obsess over user experiences and outcomes – work with UX to design and develop delightful and thoughtful user flows.Work with technology teams to deliver a world-class product - drive the end-to-end feature delivery cycle.Ensure products are thoroughly tested and meet product quality measures prior to release.Communicate clearly and efficiently.Develop content for marketing collateral, presentations, webinars and sales training in support of the product.QualificationsLeadership - proven ability to set a product vision, excite, and lead a cross-functional engineering team.Experience in the auto finance, credit union and vehicle lease industries are a plus. Experience in the financial technology markets is desired.A passion for creating innovative solutions and working closely with engineering to define and deliver them.Extensive experience gathering feedback, analyzing it, and prioritizing it.
