Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Agile Leadership:Champion Agile methodologies within your assigned teams, adapting to the most effective approach for each project (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, and Sprint Reviews.Coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Project & Program Management:

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, user needs, and success metrics.Break down projects into actionable tasks, develop roadmaps, and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.Identify and mitigate risks proactively, ensuring project deliverables are met on time and within budget.Track project progress, identify roadblocks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.Delivery & Value Focus:

Partner with Product Owners to maintain a clear and prioritized product roadmap.Ensure timely and accurate delivery of features that consistently exceed customer expectations.Utilize business analytics to measure project success and identify opportunities for improvement.Communicate project status effectively to all stakeholders, including development teams, clients, and executives.Servant Leadership:

Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment built on trust and open communication.Empower team members to take ownership and accountability for their work.Remove roadblocks and provide support to ensure team success.Accountabilities:

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role (2+ years).In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, XP, Six Sigma, LESS).Proficient understanding of software development practices and quality assurance.Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels.Servant leadership qualities with a focus on team development and empowerment.Experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams.Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.Proficiency in project management tools (Azure Dev Ops, Jira, Asana, etc.) is a plus.Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
