Jeweler Mutual's HR Internship is designed to provide professional, real world experience! Our HR Intern will receive exposure to many facets of HR including compensation and benefits, onboarding, wellness, organizational development, and the recruiting & hiring process. This position is required to be hybrid (mostly in-office, opportunity for remote days) based out of our Neenah, WI headquarters.

Current enrollment in a Human Resources or related curriculum at an accredited technical school, college, or universityDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively, including proficiency in clear and concise oral and written communicationMust be able to work independently with limited supervisionProven ability to take initiative, act with appropriate level of urgency, and build positive and productive personal and professional relationshipsDemonstrated ability to maintain confidential and sensitive informationPossess strong follow-through and attention to detailAble to be flexible, proactive, resourceful in locating informationAbility and desire to work as a team playerStrong computer skills in Microsoft OfficePhysical RequirementsProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects or controls; and talk or hear.
