Jewelers Mutual's Marketing Internship is designed to provide interns a challenging and rewarding experience to acquire hands-on experience across a variety of marketing areas. The program is ideal for students with a Marketing major looking to grow their experience with marketing strategies, technology, and processes.

Other duties may be assigned.Collaborate with the Digital Experience team in developing and implementing SEO strategies and make recommendations for channel optimizations and lead generation tactics to grow influence.Identify and fix SEO errors within our CMS system.Maintain, optimize, and update content and website features across devices.Collaborate with Social Media team to post content to JM social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.Work within tools like Drupal, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, VWO, Hootsuite, Meta Business Manager, SimilarWeb and more.Learn the essential elements to creating and building high-performing email marketing campaigns.Assist in the wide-scale effort to modernize existing email marketing campaigns using HubSpot marketing automation tools.Dive deeply into the customer's communication journey: from learning what it takes to nurture a lead, onboard new policyholders, and provide value to retain the policyholder for years to come.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must be enrolled in an accredited college of business undergraduate program in Marketing, Business or Communications.Must be able to work full-time, on-site in Neenah, WI during the summer and potential opportunity to extend internship to work part-time in Neenah, WI during the school year.Must have strong attention to detail.Familiarity with social media and SEO practices.HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Search Engine Optimization, SEMRush, Google Analytics, or Social Media familiarity is helpful, but not required.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and project management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Physical RequirementsProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects or controls; and talk or hear.
