The state of the art facility offers an onsite Starbucks, fitness center, gem gallery and our 24 Carat Caf that serves breakfast, lunch and offers free gourmet coffee and teas.**Position Summary:**The Program Sales Manager acts as a liaison between Jewelers Mutual and our jeweler clients who benefit from the programs Jewelers Mutual offers to the jewelry industry. They are responsible for coordinating various aspects of the client relationship as well as managing and serving internal customers. The position works closely with Business Development the team of Jewelers Mutual sales managers, Product & Risk Management, and Marketing to achieve corporate and department goals.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** include the following. Other duties may be assigned.* Manage time efficiently while prioritizing daily tasks and call-out campaigns* Serve as the clients program support resource by guiding them to success in their program and resolving any questions or concerns.* Coordinate onboarding of new program participants, including program setup and training of a new client,* Lead initiatives such as call out efforts, e-mail campaigns, and additional training sessions to drive increased jeweler program performance* Coordinate and lead client meetings; troubleshoot and resolve client issues; coordinate marketing materials* Work as a subject matter expert on one or more program offerings* Maintain positive client relationship in an effort to drive program participation and identify additional opportunities* Conduct goal setting meetings and administers quarterly program business reviews.* Work cohesively with the agency sales division and key JM agents to drive program business* Serve as a resource for key JM agent partners performing duties such as ongoing training for our JM programs and working with their jewelers from initial lead to selling, providing consistent communication to all parties involved* Provide reporting and benefit summaries to JM agents and ASM team members* Provide feedback to appropriate business areas for future product enhancements* Facilitate jeweler and agent facing webinars to enhance customer experience* Lead assigned projects to completion from beginning to end.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
