Based on Cloud architecture and FHIR, the platform comprises foundational services to accelerate the development and connection of our products. This enables the Verily research and care products to be interoperable, consistent, and allows us to launch to market faster with greater impact.The Product Manager Lead, Enterprise, will be responsible for a portfolio of platform components that enable users to configure, operate and administer, and track the outcomes of Verily’s solutions. These components are the primary way for many types of professional users to interact with Verily’s solutions including clinical data managers, content creators, care program managers, health coaches, and more. The Product Management Lead, Enterprise, will envision solutions for end-to-end professional user workflows, identify ways to improve the user experience across all of Verily’s enterprise-facing tools, and lead a team of product managers to execute on this vision.ResponsibilitiesManage and lead a team of Product Managers responsible for platform components that enable users to configure, operate, administer, and track the outcomes of Verily’s research and care solutions.Work with leadership to define a compelling strategy for the Precision Health Platform to address the key needs of multiple professional user personas.Align internal and external stakeholders on a prioritized roadmap of enterprise-facing capabilities Verily needs to deliver and the role that each team/product plays in delivering on the roadmap.Align strategy and execution plans with teams working on other parts of the portfolio including consumer experience, data, and platform.Build strong relationships with teams responsible for delivering Verily’s solutions to market; ensure that their input is reflected throughout the Enterprise strategy.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience and 8+ years in product management or a related technical role.People management skills, including managing other Product Managers.Product management experience developing and launching products within multiple of: cloud, enterprise / B2B, configuration and management tools, clinical trials, health care programs.Experience leading cross-organization efforts with stakeholders from many different functions.Understand how product requirements are affected by applicable healthcare and clinical regulations, best practices in accessibility, and enterprise security & privacy considerations.Preferred QualificationsExperience with enterprise/B2B or B2B2C product management.Experience with Google Cloud Platform.Experience with product and project management tools like Aha! and Jira, or similar.Experience in life sciences, healthcare, clinical trials, health research, or similar industries.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $152,000 - $217,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
