Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management within the financial banking industry and possess excellent communication skills. This individual will be responsible for leading product development, collaborating with engineering and design teams, and leveraging data to shape the product roadmap.Responsibilities:Lead product development by collaborating with engineering and design teams to drive team ceremonies, including refinement, sprint planning, and product reviews.Utilize data-driven insights to understand user behavior and inform product roadmap decisions.Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product features and enhancements.Drive the execution of the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal teams and stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features, allocate resources, and resolve issues.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.Requirements:8 plus years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the financial banking industry.Hands-on experience with building products, including microservices and APIs.Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.Proven track record of successfully driving product development from conception to launch.Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.Ability to work out of our
