Benefits:401(k)Flexible scheduleTraining & developmentThe Marketing Coordinator reports directly to the SpeedPro studio owner and is primarily responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to obtain new clients, while also helping to oversee and maintain the existing customer base.
Core Functions:
Create targeted marketing strategies, campaigns, and collateral to target core business prospectsUtilize various digital marketing techniques (i.e., PPC) as well as more traditional marketing functions (i.e. direct mail) to increase lead generationOversee and develop content for blogs and social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to generate awareness of the SpeedPro brandMaintain and update studio website as neededEnsure that all external communications are on-brand and utilize consistent messagingMake follow-up calls to existing customers to ensure their satisfaction with end products and to drive further business opportunitiesAttend client meetings and networking events as needed (this position may require the occasional off-hours or weekend commitment)Provide initial inspection of graphics provided by clients, with the use of Adobe Photoshop and IllustratorAssist with graphic design for signage, various displays and vehicle graphics as neededAssist with finishing methods on produced graphics and signage (mounting, laminating and cutting) as neededAssist with operation and maintenance of large format printer, laminator and plotter as neededOther Required Skills:
Ability to maintain a high level of engagement with a customer baseStrong knowledge of and experience with social media managementProactive and self-motivated to work independently and in a team environmentA keen eye for visual designIdeal Candidates Will Also Possess:
1+ years of prior marketing and customer service experienceAssociate's or Bachelor's DegreeProficiency with Adobe Creative Suite programs (Photoshop and Illustrator)
Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
