The Service BDC Agent will do the following:

Answer all customer calls promptly and professionally

Determine customer’s primary concern and schedule the necessary appointment

Establish and maintain great customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business

Work as a team player and uphold the company’s standards of professionalism and integrity

Work with Service Advisors to ensure all customers are scheduled efficiently and timely

Make outbound calls to existing customers for follow-up or to schedule maintenance due on vehicle

Performs other duties as assigned

Will problem solve and communicate with customers (written and verbal)

Follow all company policies and procedures

Attend Training Sessions and Meetings as required.

The Service BDC Agent will possess the following:

Strong customer service skills

Previous inbound/outbound customer service, call center experience a must

Professional appearance and work ethic

Proficient computer skills, ability to manage multiple systems

Strong organizational and time management skills

Must be energetic, enthusiastic and team-oriented

Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen

The Service BDC Agent Roles has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $17.00 and $17.00. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
