Description

Premier Leasing is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Lease and Rental Sales Executive in Madison! This position is ideal for someone with prior sales and customer service experience, effective communication skills, and works well under pressure. We are a successful and growing dealer group that is looking to add another valuable member to our high performing team!

Responsibilities:Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit termsRecommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interestsContact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit ordersEstimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery datesConsult with customers after contract signing to resolve problems and to provide ongoing supportPrepare estimates, and proposals that meet specific customer needsIdentify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing customers, participating in organizations and associations, and attending trade shows and conferencesMonitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and salesProvide account management to lease customers by resolving operational and financial conflicts.Build relationships with leasing customers by acting as a transportation consultant, conducting periodic reviews, and managing the voice of the customer process.Complete administrative duties related to account management by following up on accounts receivable, equipment delivery, completing reports, etcOther projects and tasks as assigned by managerPrimary Duties:

Call on all assigned accounts as scheduled and file complete and timely call reportsMaintain current data for customer profiles in company databasesSuccessfully complete product and sales training courses as assignedDevelop and maintain full working knowledge of all company systems, procedures, and policiesFacilitate resolution of customer satisfaction issues including coordination and follow up with other departments and branchesFacilitate timely deliveries of customer unitsQualifications

Some sales and customer service experience required, with service and transportation industry preferredBasic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel requiredCustomer service skills, flexibility, and strong phone skills are requiredValid Drivers License and clean driving record required, Commercial Drivers License (CDL), or ability to obtain CDL, preferredHigh School degree or equivalent requiredSome college or Bachelors degree preferredMust be highly organized, detail oriented and results drivenAbility to prioritize and handle numerous tasks simultaneouslyAbility to work well under pressure while assisting a wide variety of customers and fostering relationships with key industry contactsEffective written and oral communication skillsAbility to bend, kneel, stoop and lift/move up to 50 lbs. on a regular basisAbility to work 8 - 10 hour days, including overtime hours as neededAbility to work outdoors and in an environment with occasional exposure to weather elementsWillingness to travel as necessary
