Work closely with founders, product and design to understand and solve real customer problemsLead development of new products and new product featuresArchitect data models and interfaces that provide strong foundations for future growthOwn stability, performance, and correctness of your codeInfluence not only what we build, but how we build productAdd to our internal tools that increase leverage, productivity and engineer happinessTechnology
A (mostly) monolithic Ruby on Rails application divided into bounded contexts, and a small handful of servicesHotwire (Turbo and Stimulus) on the front end with some React sprinkled in (and on the way out)Proprietary command-pattern library wrapping business logic that was built for developer happinessPostgres as a primary data store with Redis and RabbitMQ queuesEverything runs on Heroku and AWSLinear, GitHub, Slack and NotionDesign system with a component libraryWhat We Offer
