Responsibilities:
Full-cycle processing of 100-200 non-PO invoices per week
Reconcile vendor statements and identify and resolve any discrepancies
Prepare the weekly accounts payable vendor check run
Process employee expense reports
Prepare daily bank deposits
Complete daily bank account reconciliations
Post customer payments to the accounts receivable system
Check spreadsheets for accuracy
Requirements:
3+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience
Associates in Accounting highly preferred
Viewpoint software experience preferred
