Job Summary

Reporting to the VP of HR Shared Services, the Senior Project Manager will lead a project,

on a fixed-term basis of 1 year, to facilitate the smooth transition of HR services from THG to a divesting organization.

The role involves gaining an understanding of current services, programs, processes, vendors, and systems, communicating findings between THG HR and the divesting organization, supporting the establishment of independent teams, processes, and service providers, and project managing the myriad activities required inside THG HR to successfully unwind the divesting organization. This position is critical for ensuring clarity and efficiency during the divestiture process between THG HR and the divesting organization.

*This is a fixed-term position, expected to be active through the end of 2024 or upon project completion.*

*This position is expected to be remote, with frequent travel into the Indianapolis, IN area.*

Essential Job Functions

Using existing knowledge about the operational aspects of HR, gathers and documents the current services, programs, vendors, and systems provided by THG HR to divesting organization.Communicates and facilitates alignment between THG HR and the divesting organization on services to continue via the temporary services agreement (TSA) as well as those that may be contracted for a longer term.Acts as hub for THG HR as divesting organization works to set up its own services and for THG HR's separation of the divesting organization.Manages decision making related to TSA and divesting organization's independent set up.Manages all activities associated with the TSA and unwinding of divesting organization.Communicates progress.Works across THG HR, the divesting organization, and Unlocking Potential project managers to prioritize and sequence activities for optimal resource utilization.Understands and aligns project goals in step with the macro project currently underway to implement a new HCM.Keeps the TSA Coordinator informed of key decisions and progress; assigns and manages any activities assigned by TSA Coordinator.Identifies and develops trusted adviser relationships with project and program partners, sponsors, and stakeholders.Plays a key role in stakeholder and change management.Demonstrates a functional acumen to support how solutions will address project and enterprise goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practices.Demonstrates an acumen to understand interdependencies among HRSS systems, process, and sub-functional units and what will be required by the divesting organization to have ownership of.Evaluates current and future state parallels and differences and communicates with both HRSS and the divesting company the critical requirements to shift responsibility.Provides management for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.Establishes practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to enable enterprise-wide success.Monitors, tracks, and controls outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverables.Defines and delivers status reporting/progress reports regarding overall budget, project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues.Defines and reports on project success criteria results, metrics, etc.Prepares estimates and detailed project plans for all phases of the project.Develops and delivers appropriate content, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences, including project team, sponsors, key stakeholders, and executive leadership.Participates and/or drives feasibility studies, vendor selections, and proposals for evaluation by appropriate key stakeholders, as needed.Partners with leadership to procure adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes.Develops SOWs, RFPs, etc. for requested goods and services, as needed.Engages with external vendors, as needed.In alignment with the strategy and priorities, makes decisions on behalf of the sponsor.Maintains confidentiality and the highest degree of integrity.Exhibits behaviors in alignment with THG's organizational cultures and values.Requirements
