Position Overview:

Our client is a leading provider of digital signage and workplace experience solutions. Founded in 2016, we've rapidly expanded our reach, with our software now operating on tens of thousands of screens globally. Our platform, built for scalability, serves businesses across various industries, including Canon Inc., the University of Minnesota, and more. We are hiring a Marketing Team Manager to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Execution:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and ROI.

Identify target markets and key messages to optimize marketing campaigns.

Work closely with the Head of Revenue and CEO to align with organizational goals.

Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and buyer behavior to refine strategies.

Lead Generation:

Focus on strategies that increase the top of the sales funnel, ensuring a steady stream of qualified leads.

Collaborate with sales and product teams to refine lead conversion processes.

SEO/SEM:

Manage SEO and SEM campaigns to increase website traffic and lead acquisition.

Regularly review keyword performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

HubSpot Management:

Ensure team-wide proficiency in HubSpot for lead nurturing and segmentation.

Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals (Graphics Designer and Events Manager/Marketing Generalist), fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Set clear goals and expectations that align with our client's objectives.

Brand Consistency:

Maintain a consistent brand message across all marketing materials and communication channels.

Coordinate with the Graphics Designer to produce cohesive and compelling marketing collateral, including graphics and videos.

Events Management:

Support the Events Manager in planning and executing events that reflect our client's brand and goals.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Use analytics tools for actionable insights and to measure campaign performance.

Make data-informed decisions to maximize ROI.

Present regular performance reports to leadership, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

Content Creation And Management:

Develop and oversee a rich content strategy that includes blogs, white papers, and case studies, highlighting our client's expertise and offerings.

Collaborate with the graphics designer to produce visually appealing and engaging content.

Ensure all content is SEO-optimized and aligns with the broader marketing strategy.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

Minimum five years of experience in marketing roles with proven results.

Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Hubspot, social media, and content creation. HubSpot certification is a plus.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
