Responsibilities:
Lead the HR department and serve as a strategic partner to the executive team.
Oversee all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, compensation analysis, benefits renewals, and policy development.
Ensure compliance with all applicable HR laws and regulations.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Partner with operations to support business objectives and drive organizational growth.
Manage the HR budget and resources effectively.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Human Resources or a similar field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
HR Certification: (e.g. SHRM-CP, SPHR)
Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team.
Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
Experience with acquisitions and integrating new employees into the organization.
Ability to conduct compensation analysis and make strategic recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Growth mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
