Head of Growth

As head of digital growth at Dr. B, you'll be helping us develop customer acquisition campaigns across multiple channels (including paid search, social and email), build reporting and forecasting systems, and iterate towards growth milestones via data-informed hypotheses. The ideal candidate is highly analytical and data-oriented and capable of aligning with multiple team members across our product and marketing teams. This is a remote, full-time role at an emerging healthtech startup.

Role Description:Actively manage marketing channels against specific growth objectivesOwn a subset of channels that include SEM, paid social affiliate partnerships and marketing email campaignsIn depth analyses of campaign performance in order to refine and identify new opportunitiesBuild models to facilitate campaign management and forecast across channels, including A/B testingRun continual experiments to test and optimize new marketing channels, strategies and ad creativeManage relationships with partners, data providers and other vendorsWork cross-functionally with product and sales to optimize the full customer funnelRole Requirements:

3-5 years experience in growth, marketing, analytics, ideally in techExperience working across marketing channels, particularly paid search and socialExperience working with relevant advertising and CMS softwareHighly analytical and data-drivenAbility to empathize with our target customer and build campaigns around themDetail-oriented, well-organizedStrong communicator, both verbally and in writing
