Our Newest Opportunity:

The Business Development Executive will work independently and with little direct supervision to prospect for new clients both within the existing client base of OneDigital and direct to any other target organization. He or she will be accountable for setting up and leading client discovery and proposal calls and will involve senior leaders within the practice as needed. Duties include but are not limited to prospecting, selling, closing, monitoring and reporting on potential sales, working with marketing to develop sales and marketing materials, and maintaining CRM database as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

Prospects for clients outside of the OneDigital client base by Identifying target market and making connections with decision makers to discuss HR technology needs, identifying opportunities within the target organization, and arranging for sales / intake meetingsProspects for clients within the OneDigital client base by mining D365 for potential clients and networking with OneDigital producers for the purpose of working with a primary producer on making connections with client decision makers to discuss HR technology needs, identifying opportunities within the organization and arranging for sales / intake meetingsLeads prospect calls and presents services offered within the HR technology lifecycle framework; identifies potential needs for services and submits proposals to prospects for the purpose of closing businessPrices deals within target margin guidelines working closely with practice leaders to ensure profitabilityMay from time-to-time work in the capacity of account manager for key clients as neededWorks with marketing resources to create or update marketing and presentation materials as needed including but not limited to tailoring presentations to each potential client and writing blog articles to support the sales and marketing processWorks closely with practice leaders and recruiters to understand capacity and availability of consultants by knowing who is available, what the skill sets are and what our consultants are interested in doing for the purpose of proposing realistic solutions and prices to potential clientsParticipates in business development efforts by regional sales and marketing teams which may include events, campaigns, prospect meetings and proposalsMarkets service offerings and educates internal sales and marketing resources about HR technology's capabilities through seminars, meetings, training courses or informal networking to raise awareness and create potential referralsUpdates D365 with all prospect and sales information as requiredReports on pipeline and prospect status as needed or requestedQualifications, Skills and Requirements:

Must be highly self-motivated with exceptional time management skillsAbility to successfully prospect with little or no directionExcellent written and verbal communication requiredAbility to overcome objectionsAbility to negotiate fair and equitable prices while maintaining marginsKnowledge of client-side resource needs for cloud technology implementationsAbility to actively listen to client needs and understand how to fill the gaps with available servicesSkill in displaying empathy toward people in need of servicesAbove all else, must be doggedEducation, Training and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferredEight or more years sales experience selling technology related products or services to companies with more than 2,500 employees; demonstrated track record of successfully selling technology services with a long sales cycle highly preferred

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company's performance.
