TKO StaffPros, LLC is looking for a sales representative to market our light industrial services in the Arlington TX area. We are a growing company and looking for individuals to join the team! This position requires much work, dedication, and commitment but includes bonuses and growth potential.

Position Summary:

Seeks and follows leads to acquire new businessSeeks out hiring decision makers and develops working relationships with themDesigns and delivers presentations highlighting our servicesNegotiates contract terms with clientsSuccessfully closes salesWorks toward exceeding predetermined goalsMaintains contracts with existing clients to obtain more organic businessFollow up with recruiters to ensure open orders are filledGeneral Purpose: Marketing and Sales of temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct placement services

Position Responsibilities:

Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.Adjusts the content of sales presentationsUtilize CRM system to log activity along with documenting client and prospect informationMonitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on unemployment, pay rates, and potential clientsResolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to managementConducts weekly quality checks with existing clientsMay be required to work alongside recruiters to ensure service levels are metQualifications

Essential Skills and Experience:
