Fills shipping order with stock from finished goods warehouse and delivers it to shipping for processing. Performs related shipping and inventory handling functions as directed.
•Responsible for the set up and changeovers for the daily production persupervisor's direction•Maintains stock in the assembly department, CNC department and thebonding area so to ensure the flow of production•Documents or performs inventory transactions to maintain correctbalances in the company database using WMS•Picks, verifies, packages, and loads orders for shipment using WMS•Performs daily cycle counts as required for inventory accuracy usingWMS•Unloads trucks and matches goods with invoices•Transports finished goods from the production floor to the finished goodswarehouse and places it in the properly designated bins.•Maintains WIP warehouse for proper stock rotation. Ensures that all WIPis placed in its proper bins in the warehouse.•Delivers inbound freight to respective locations•Picks finished goods from pack lists to be shipped•Verifies counts on skids for WIP finished goods and products to beshipped.•Removes waste from plant that cannot be moved by hand•Does UPS shipments and prepares skids for shipments•Performs daily maintenance checks and housekeeping on lift trucks andwarehouse equipment•Responsibility for identification, documentation, segregation, evaluation,and disposition of non-conforming products, services, or systems•Keep immediate work area clean and organized•Responsible for adherence and knowledge of all ISO processes,procedures, flowcharts, and quality policy•All department processes and procedures documented and theappropriate individual(s) trained and cross-trained as necessary
Requirements•High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.•Ability to write routine reports and correspondence•Must be able to hold current Hilo licensePreferred:•Familiarity with MRPII
Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of forcefrequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly tomove objects. Physical Demand requirements are in excess of those for Light Work.
