Job Description

The shift is 2nd 3:00PM - 11:30PM M-F must be available for overtime

17hr base + 10% Differential: $18.70

Summary:

General areas of responsibility include receiving supplier shipments; picking internal customer orders; shipping, and inventory organization, management and control. Positions in the warehouse are responsible for the efficient use of the organization's storage and distribution facilities. Responsible for inspection, identification, and delivery to stocking locations. Picks and stages finished goods Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) for loading and shipping.

List duties in order of importance, consider percent of time spent on each activity and result to be achieved.

1. Pick, pack, and deliver orders for direct materials used in Manufacturing and Packaging Lines

2. Process Stock Transfer Orders to Distribution Center

3. Move material to storage bins or staging areas with proper equipment following all SOPs

4. ssure quality, accuracy, and compliance with GMP's in shipping, receiving and the warehouse operation while maintaining a timely throughput of operations

5. ccurately receives goods, verifies items against the record of shipment, and inspects condition

6. Operate motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment in a safe manner

7. Handles and maintains flow of materials and products in manufacturing areas according to established guidelines.

8. Performs all work in accordance with established safety standards and adheres to all safety policies, rules, regulations, and procedures

9. Monitors warehouse space requirements and assist with maintaining proper warehouse utilization

10. Exhibit safe work habits while maintaining a clean, near and orderly work area

11. Other responsibilities include data entry, cycle counting, and forklift battery maintenance

12. Assess safety and environmental risks to ensure tasks adhere to HSE policies and HMS

13. Performs other duties as assigned by Management

Education/Experience Required:

High School Diploma or GED

Valid driver's license

One (1) year of warehouse and forklift experience required

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

Ability to remain in stationary position, often standing, for prolonged periods.

Ability to ascend/descend stairs, ladders, ramps, and the like.

Ability to wear PPE correctly most of the day.

Ability to operate heavy machinery.

Ability to adjust or move objects up to 50 pounds in all directions.
