Innovative Equipment Solutions (IES) is the combination of three unique business structures being supported in a single entity to offer innovative technology and solutions to Hartwig, Inc. and other channels.IES is looking for a versatile and energetic Regional Sales Manager, interested in helping to build a business that supports Distributors' capital sales efforts with unique technology that improves manufacturing. This individual will train and support distributor sales engineers' sales efforts in all aspects of selling equipment.

The Job
Manage original equipment manufacturer (OEM) relationships with companies throughout the world. Develop strong relationshipswithkey suppliers, be aware of and understand new technologies, and ensure information is disseminated through the sales channel in a timely and effective mannerSupport the OEM's quotas and manage opportunities and quotesProvide product training and support to Hartwig and other companies' sales and marketing effortsWork through the Hartwig sales channel while establishing new sales channels for products.Support all needs from the quoting to installation and support lifecycleReview contracts and purchasing agreements with customers and vendorsFollow industry trends to ensure technologies are available to support growing needs of the customer base in the areas of aerospace, electric vehicle (EV), oil/energy, etc.
The Skills
Individuals who ideally fit this role should meet the following qualifications:
Minimum of 5 - 7 years in a sales or technical sales role. CNC machine tool sales experience a plusPrevious experience growing and supporting multiple OEM's along with a track record of sales and marketing successAbility to travel domestically no less than 50% of the time (some international travel) to support sales efforts and OEMsProven ability to manage projects, over-communicate successfully and build strong relationships
