Hartwig, one of the nation's leading CNC machine tool distributors has an opportunity available for a motivated and qualified CNC Sales Support Specialist in our St. Louis, Missouri headquarters. This position primarily supports our team of Sales Engineers in accurately processing the procurement of CNC machine and accessory projects.

A day in the life of a Sales Support Specialist:

Specializes in creating accurate orders and documentation for machine and accessory projectsEffectively communicates with sales team, vendors and customers in all aspects of the machine order processResponsible for preparation of invoices and investigates and adjusts as neededCross trains with team preparing down payments, commissions, machine and accessory invoicesMaster our various computer systems and learn to generate and utilize reports, tools and other resources to efficiently and effectively process orders, support sales and maintain customer relationships.Generates month end reports, reviews and balances accounts as neededPrepares and facilitates timely state UCC (Uniform Commercial Code) Letters/Documentation/Files

What you'll bring to the team:

Bachelor's degree in business administration preferredA minimum of 2-3 year's experience, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environmentPassionate about helping people and building a team environmentPrevious experience utilizing CRM and accounting software requiredStrong organizational and communications skills with ability to adapt and be flexible with changing prioritiesAttentive to detail and strong numerical abilityDesire to take initiative and problem solveProficient in Microsoft Office products
