Position Overview:
As a Client Relationship Manager at Confidential, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing strong relationships with clients while strategically selling deliverable-based technology solutions. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, engaging with a diverse range of clients and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Building:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and IT needs to provide tailored solutions.Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for collaboration.
Sales and Solution Selling:Drive sales by identifying, pursuing, and closing business opportunities.Collaborate with technical teams to design and propose innovative, deliverable-based technology solutions.Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to showcase the value of our services.
Market Research and Analysis:Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities.Conduct research to identify potential clients, market segments, and emerging technologies.
Collaboration and Teamwork:Collaborate with internal teams, including technical experts and project managers, to ensure seamless service delivery.Work closely with colleagues to share insights, best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
Qualifications:Proven experience in IT sales or account management, with a focus on deliverable-based solutions.Strong understanding of IT services, technologies, and industry trends.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Compensation:
Base salary ranging from $85,000 - $125,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications including years of experience, presidents club wins, & relationshipsAttractive commission and bonus structure based on sales performance.Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.
