Job Summary:

As a Sales Manager for our clients firm, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies, leadership, and client relationship management. This role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in business development, breaking MSA (Master Services Agreement), and achieving sales targets. Your success will be measured by your ability to generate new business, lead a high-performing sales team, and consistently exceed sales goals. The position offers a competitive compensation package including commissions and bonuses based on performance, as well as opportunities for recognition such as President's Club and contest wins.

Key Responsibilities:Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to understand their staffing needs.Utilize a consultative sales approach to present tailored staffing solutions to clients.

MSA Negotiation:Lead negotiations to establish Master Services Agreements (MSAs) with clients.Ensure that agreements are aligned with company objectives and profitability targets.Collaborate with legal and management teams to finalize contract terms.

Sales Leadership:Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and provide coaching to enhance team productivity.Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the sales department.

Revenue Generation:Drive sales initiatives to meet and exceed revenue goals.Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and maximize revenue opportunities.

Client Relationship Management:Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.Anticipate client needs and proactively address any issues or concerns.Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations on staffing solutions.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.Proven experience in sales leadership roles within the staffing industry.Demonstrated success in business development, with a track record of breaking MSAs and achieving sales targets.Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to deliver exceptional results.Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding goals and objectives.Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.Willingness to travel as needed.Benefits:
