Konami Gaming is looking for a Material Handler III to join our team!
The Material Handler III is responsible for the daily operations and supervision of the NCR (Non-Conforming Reject) Warehouse. Duties include operational processes of stock management which include put away and issuance against inventory requests, operational responsibilities for the NCR process of tagging and cataloging of inventory; and verification of inventory management through cycle counts and movement transaction documentation / ERP system records. This individual will also maintain records of materials in inventory, movements of inventories and reconciles discrepancies and ensures all documentation for movements is processed and completed accurately.
This position also requires the flexibility to act autonomously at all times while adhering to overall department and company policies and procedures.
What you'll be doing:Maintains records of finished goods materials in inventory and all inventory movements and reconciles discrepancies.Ensures that all inbound/outbound movement documents are completed accurately and on time. Prepares or delegates product movements, including staging and documentation.Confers with Warehouse Supervisor to ensure coordination of warehouse activities within activities of other warehouses.Ensures standard operating procedures are followed. Uses Pronto or related manufacturing module software consistently and accurately.Maintains accountability for the integrity of the inventory and for conducting physical inventories, cycle counts, and bin audits.Responsible for developing operational procedures for salvaging damaged and or used materials; coordinates return of defective or duplicate materials with the Supplier Quality Specialist; recommends survey of defective or stagnant inventory items.Prepares or delegates product shipments, including staging, loading, and documentation; maintains detailed records of all incoming / outgoing shipments for NCR inventory.Audits service materials received against purchase orders and packing slip documents and assists in resolving any discrepancies, in cooperation with Purchasing Department.Delivers items to requisitioning departments or customers and obtains authorized.Follows all lawful employer safety and health rules.Konami Offers

Qualifications
What we'll want you to have:
High School Diploma required or equivalent education. Combination of education and experience equivalent in operations, manufacturing, inventory control or warehousing.6+ years of related experience. Experience in the Gaming Industry a major plus.Forkliftcertification is required. Must have the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks. Must have strong time management skills. Strong communication skills and analytical abilities required. Attention to detail required. Must be a positive thinker and team oriented with ability work independently if needed. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Able to deal with problems involving several variables in standard situations. Ability to communicate problems to higher management for resolution. Able to interact with several departments to accomplish objectives. Maintain confidentiality of information regarding the company, products and employee information.Work Environment:
Full time / 40 + Hours per week. Must be flexible for overtime, including evenings, weekends and Holidays as required.Employee will be regularly required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, feel, talk, hear, stand, reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit and stop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities are required for this job to include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision and depth perception.
