ResponsibilitiesRespond to inbound internet leads by phone, text message, and emailSchedules service appointmentsConducts telephone transactions courteously and promptlyFollows all attendance and punctuality standards and adheres to timekeeping standards; Employees are required to record the beginning and end times of any shift, break or departure from work for personal reasonsMaintains a professional appearance in accordance with company policyLog ALL customer attempts and comments in and schedule follow up calls.Re-schedule "no show" customer appointments.Makes daily call quota (200 calls per day)Understand profiles and patterns of typical telephone prospectsSkills/Qualifications
The ability to manage high call volumes, internet leads and call lists simultaneouslyMinimum one year of call center experience; dealership experience highly desiredStrong problem solving and analytical skillsStrong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suiteStrong organizational skills and leadership abilitiesFamiliarity with dealership CRM and DMS systemsRequirements
Must pass background & Drug screenBasic computer skillsMust have valid driver licenseMust work 40 hours a week
Compensation
Pay starting at $15 plus bonuses & comissions - DOE
