I. Business Development Manager (BDM)
i. Coordinate outreach to new and existing customers, specifiers, influencers
1. Working from Sugar and other sources, coordinate and execute outreach via:
a. Email
b. Phone
c. Sales Literature
d. Presentations
e. Events
f. Mailings / eblasts, etc
ii. Develop & execute outreach to decision makers for each project.
a. Coordinate with Account Execs, Sales Engineer(s), Territory Manager, etc
i. MEP Engineers
ii. HVAC / Mechanical Contractors
iii. Construction managers
iv. Developers
2. Create customer / specifier profiles and matrices outlining customer relationships, project types, history, key players, etc.
3. Maintain this data in Sugar / CRM system(s)
iii. Working with Sales Engineer(s), Account Reps and Territory Managers, develop and manage specific sales & marketing plans for individual territories, customers and customer types
1. Create reports targeting markets & customers
2. Support internal and external sales reps with data, appointment suggestions, market info etc
iv. Coordinate Sales Growth Plans and Outreach
1. Working with Management develop business growth planning
2. Outline and target specific markets, customer types, product types etc to achieve sales growth targets
3. Execute agreed upon plans through the methods & activities outlined above
